Color-coated stainless steel coils are a new type of decorative material that uses physical vapor deposition (PVD) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology to form a colored coating on the surface of stainless steel coils. Also known as PVD colored stainless steel coils, they use high-quality stainless steel as the substrate and employ a vacuum coating process to uniformly deposit metal ions such as titanium and zirconium onto the surface, forming a colored film layer only 3-5 μm thick. This combination of the excellent properties of stainless steel and a rich array of colors creates a unique aesthetic.
